We never store GPS coordinates. Your medical photos live in private storage, behind links that expire. They are only used for research if you opt in, and that starts switched off.

Is Wuufy a Vet?
No. Wuufy guides you and helps you arrive better prepared at your vet. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a physical exam.
What if it's an emergency?
Wuufy is not an emergency service. Every message passes an emergency filter first, and if there is risk it tells you to go now. Still, call your vet or the nearest 24-hour clinic.

What do you read from my watch, and what not?
Steps, sleep and heart-rate variability (HRV), from Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android. Garmin, Oura and other brands' collars arrive by screenshot. We don't sell or share that data.
How do I move up the list?
Confirm your email and share your link. Every friend who confirms theirs moves you up 50 places in your city's queue, up to 10 friends.
What do you keep about me, and how do I delete it?
Your email, your city, your optional pet type and when you gave permission. No photos, no health data. The link in your email lets you delete everything.
When does the Beta open?
In waves, city by city. We don't have a public date yet; we'll write when it's your turn.
