Delete Your Wuufy Account & Data

You can delete your Wuufy account (published by PETFIT SAPI de CV) and all associated personal data at any time.

Option 1: Instant Deletion Inside the App

  1. Open the Wuufy app.
  2. Go to Settings / Profile.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Web (No App Required)

Submit your registered account email using the form below (or email us directly at hello@wuufy.com with the subject “Delete My Account”).

Use the email registered with Wuufy. If possible, send your request from that same address.

Do not include passwords, identity documents, or health information.

Your email app will open with a draft addressed to hello@wuufy.com. Review the message and press Send in your email app.

What gets deleted

Upon verification, we permanently delete your user account, email address, pet profiles, photos, and all check-in/wellness history within 14 days.

Transaction records required for tax or legal compliance are retained strictly as required by law.
